  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the cooked turkey and stir until well combined.

  5. Cook the turkey mixture for another 2-3 minutes or until heated through.

  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the green onions and cilantro.

  7. Spoon the turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve.
