Ingredients:

  • While the sauce is cooking, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender but still firm.

  • Divide the zucchini noodles among serving plates and spoon the Arrabbiata sauce on top.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
